Nick Maxymiv has over 15 years of experience in business start-ups and development, more than 8 years of it in business strategy and finance.  Besides representing and advising various small and medium size companies, he has begun several of his own ventures.  Amongst other companies, he was founder and President of Nick’s carriage, logistic company operating in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.  Later he started Independence Medical Transportation Company, catering to the needs of medical field services.

After moving to Ukraine in 2006, Nick joined KPMG and was involved in Due Diligence, advising clients on cross-border M&A transactions, and later continuing in the same field by establishing Trident Investments LLC in 2008, boutique investment advisory firm catering to the needs of small and medium businesses operating in Ukraine.

Nick advises numerous clients on business structuring, management reporting, capital raising, strategic planning, and, provides cross-border M&A and Strategic advisory services, representing clients as diverse as large companies and real estate developers to small production factories working on expanding their markets locally or globally. His sector experience includes retail (including food and pharmaceutical), oil and gas, heavy machinery equipment production, telecom, IT, agriculture, real-estate, logistics, and wholesale distribution.  He worked in USA, Russia, Ukraine, Georgia and Africa.
